Bologna Accommodation Sant’Orsola is a brand new flat, tastefully decorated where everything has been thought for your absolute comfort!

The flat has been recently renovated and it can accommodate up to 8 people. It’s situated on the fifth floor (with elevator) and consists of two spacious bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and a balcony where smoking is allowed. Wi-fi connection is free.
The modern and functional kitchen offers all necessary accessories to make a pleasant stay in complete autonomy. Commodities such as coffee, sugar and salt are provided. The accommodation is perfect wether for business or pleasure trips. The nearby gardens make the accommodation a perfect solution for those who travel with kids, house pets or disabled. LOCATION: Bologna Accommodation Sant’Orsola is easily reachable both by car and public transportation. At just 2 km from Bologna historic centre (Porta San Donato) and its train station, the apartment is located in a very key position as it’s close to the main hospitals (10 mins) and to the Fair District (2 mins). In addition, the proximity to the motorway allows easy travelling from and to the airport (10 mins) and facilitates the day trips to the surrounding areas (Modena, Ferrara. Faenza, Ravenna, etc). Free parking is available on site and a private garage is available upon request (10 € per day).

If you travel to Bologna:
– by train: from the main train station Bologna Centrale you have to catch bus n°35 or 21 and get off at Sirenella bus stop. Then go straight on along Via San Donato and turn right on Via Kharkov.
– by car: the closest motorway exit is Bologna San Donato (n°9)
– by plane: from Marconi airport you can catch the shuttle BLQ and get off at Bologna Centrale train station and then you can take bus n°35 or 21. Otherwise you can grab a taxi. Private shuttle service is provided upon request (21 € with luggages included).

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: the whole apartment is completely at guests’ disposal. Thanks to our self check in system you can check in and check out independently whenever you want.
Check-in is usually from 12 pm (till 12 am) and check-out time is 10 am, but it’s possible to reschedule them according to guests’ special needs. Anyway our team will greet you and will be at your disposal by phone 24/24 to support you for any reason. We speak Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– For flexible rate bookings: cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. On the contrary if cancellation is requested later the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
– For peak season rate bookings (Fairs, Christmas, Easter, New Year,etc): free of charge cancellation is allowed 42 days prior to arrival. In case of delayed communication the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation. .
– For no refundable rate bookings: prices are lower than usual, but free cancellation is not allowed. No refundable rates are available only for defined periods and they have to be agreed with the host.

PAYMENT:
We accept online payment by credit or debit cards American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay credit card.
City tax is not included and it amounts to 3 € per person per night, for the first 5 nights.
