Unipol Arena Apartment

Bologna Accommodation Unipol Arena is a cute apartment furnished with a modern appeal and high care for detail, fully equipped to ensure maximum comfort to our guests.

The elegant flat has been recently renovated and it can accommodate 2 people. It’s situated on the ground floor and consists of one spacious bedroom with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a living room with kitchenette with a fridge and a cooker hob, a washing machine and a bathroom. The comfortable pullout double bed with orthopedic mattress ensures the full usability of the room. Wi-fi connection is free. The modern and functional kitchen offers all necessary accessories to make a pleasant stay in complete autonomy. Commodities such as coffee, sugar and salt are provided.
The accommodation is perfect wether for business or pleasure trips. The accommodation is a perfect solution for those who travel with house pets. LOCATION: Bologna Accommodation Unipol Arena is easily reachable both by car and public transportation. The apartment is located at just 20 minutes from Bologna historic centre (Porta San Felice), at 15 minutes from Fair District and at 5 minutes walking from Unipol Arena, one of the biggest locations for concerts and events in Italy. In addition, the proximity to the motorway allows easy travelling from and to the airport (10 mins) and facilitates the day trips to the surrounding areas (Modena, Ferrara. Faenza, Ravenna, etc). Free parking is available on site.

If you travel to Bologna:
– by train: from the main train station Bologna Centrale you have to catch the regional train and get off at Zola Centro stop (10 minutes)
– by car: the closest motorway exit is Bologna -Casalecchio di Reno (n°1)
– by plane: from Marconi airport you can grab a taxi. Private shuttle service is provided upon request (21 € with luggages included).

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: the whole apartment is completely at guests’ disposal. Thanks to our self check in system you can check in and check out independently whenever you want.
Check-in is usually from 12 pm (till 12 am) and check-out time is 10 am, but it’s possible to reschedule them according to guests’ special needs. Anyway our team will greet you and will be at your disposal by phone 24/24 to support you for any reason. We speak Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– For flexible rate bookings: cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. On the contrary if cancellation is requested later the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.
– For peak season rate bookings (Fairs, Christmas, Easter, New Year,etc): free of charge cancellation is allowed 42 days prior to arrival. In case of delayed communication the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation. .
– For no refundable rate bookings: prices are lower than usual, but free cancellation is not allowed. No refundable rates are available only for defined periods and they have to be agreed with the host.

PAYMENT:
We accept online payment by credit or debit cards American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, UnionPay credit card.
City tax is not included and it amounts to 3 € per person per night, for the first 5 nights.
